I`m with you there Tim, what is he trying to achieve by spending time in a box above the Thames?
Some of the stuff he does is OK, standing on poles then jumping into boxes and having tubes stuffed up your japs-eye however is not.
So, I vote for freak.
BTW, just noticed you`re from Wolverhampton, anywhere nice?

Channel 4 put about 10 boring people in a house with limited food this year and expected us to watch it. It was boring. Why should 1 man in a box be any more entertaining? What's the point? Magic?
BTW, there is nowhere nice in Wolverhampton. I know, I'm from Leeds.

Saw a girl from Dullverhampton for a while. I remember the "paradise" like Bilston and the red light bit near the town centre. Yeah, as I sit looking over the rolling Yorkshire hills filled with "friendly" sheep, ogle the girls riding past my house on horseback and contemplate abusing the fabulous Dales roads, I lament the time I spent in the decaying post industrial wastelands of the west midlands and wonder why I live near the fastest growing city in the UK with the most boyant economy.

Blaine .. nutcase. Apparently the local 'geezers' have already started throwing rocks and golfballs at his box
... and wolverhampton ... the only place I have found that does battered chips ( middletons chippys ) for that extra colesterol kick ....

TORMENT IN PANDORA'S BOX
David Blaine is suffering even more for his art - thanks to a burger van parked near his perspex box on the Thames.
The illusionist - who has vowed to go 44 days without food - has complained that the smell of onions is driving him mad.
Blaine has suffered various torments since he started his ordeal last Friday.
Eggs have been thrown at his box, golf ***** have been struck at him, bottles have been thrown and two women bared their breasts.
Blaine's girlfriend Manon von Gerkan cleaned up his box after the last egg attack.
She said: "I find it quite bizarre that people have found it necessary to throw eggs and other things at David."
Blaine is trying to survive by going into a meditative state.
But one man kept him awake with an Indian drum until he was made to stop by noise department officials.
