SDB the webmaster did. See we had Scoobynet (run by Phil Daws) and then for some reason that may have involved a threat of legal action, he took it down. So we started using 22B.com. But then SDB came to the rescue and took over Scoobynet lock, stock and barrel. When it came back up it had the orange logo. Actually for a while in the early SDB days it said "Scoobynet 2: This time it's seriously good"

IIRC he put the logo in temporarily until someone could come up with a better one, but then nobody did and we all decided we liked the orange and black one.

More trivia...

The 'C' in Scoobynet logo came from the Solar Eclipse fever that gripped the nation leading up to August 1999. IIRC.
