4.5 Bn - Where to Plough Back?

So the police have found 4.5bn worth of drug money Bonds. Well done!
If they are able to plough back these funds into the Public sector (as they do with seized drug dealer cars etc) where should the money go?
I'd like to see 4.5bn going to back to the police - for increased resources to combat serious crime.... but NOT SO THEY CAN BUY MORE BLEEDIN GATSO'S!!!

More drugs at wholesale prices? Then they can sell them and cut back the massive NI rises we've seen recently.
