I mailed Colin Boyd, and so should others. Please make plain your own objections to this weak sentence and the message it sends out. Don't just rant at him, that won't help.
It's worth pointing out that he's a senior legal officer who has asked for an investigation into the 5-yr sentence. He's not the Judge who handed that sentence down, that was one judge Lord Reed.
