IS MY GIRLFRIEND PREGNANT
#1
She is feeling sick 2-3 times a day, funny taste in her mouth, very tired, totally paranoid, but on the other hand she has period symtoms aswell i.e. back pain and stomach cramps but she is not due for another 2 weeks.
And its too early to do a pregnancy test
Someone put me out of my misery please

Hello
It isn't too early? I think Clear Blue can show positive almost the second after the condom breaks....
(said sarcastically, but it's meant to be serious. Check the pack in Boots)
Steve.

Clearblue can't tell until she should have started her period. They are also as accurate as what the doctor can do and if you tell the doctor you have used one, they won't test you! Try and get her to chill out as being uptight and worried can actually cause her period to come late and worry more etc.

She could just be having a middle of the month pain.
I suffer from that occasionally, I just have to put up with it.
It could also be something like mild food poisoning, migraine etc.

We have been trying for a few months, got one of those ovulation kits and nailed it at the right time, but Im just hoping these symtoms are not just in her mind

Thought you were hoping otherwise!!!!
Good luck to you both then and I hope she is pregnant.
Main thing is not to fret and worry about it, let nature take it's course. Easy to say I know....

The only symptom you haven't described is her breasts feeling slightly tender. If she's got that as well then you probably did 'nail her' good and proper
Anyway keep trying 'till you know for sure, I'm sure you'll oblige
Good luck

If you get the Predictor tests (in pink packaging) you get 2 tests, so you can do one now, then one after she was due for her period. I did mine about a week before I was due & it showed up positive, very faint, I had to hold it up to the light to see it, then a week after, and it was much clearer

its a little to early at the moment, if she is in the middle of her cycle it might well just be ovulation (some women can tell precisly when they ovulate)
best thing you can do is to get on with everyday life and not worry or hope too much....
pregnancy tests work best the day the period is late, not sure they would be too accurate beforehand.
it is very very early for "symptoms" tho some women are "sick" from the day they become pregnant... most dont start to feel any thing until into the 1st month.
good luck anyhow, fingers crossed in 2 weeks you get the result you want.

My wife started feeling ill the month after. First it was feeling a bit unwell, then sicknes, then lack of appetite, vomiting...
She ended up taking a few months of work, regular stays in hospital, constant sickness, headaches... Hyperemesis Gravidarum it's called. Calmed down abit midway though. Well, until she started suffering from Pre-eclampsia towards the end of her pregnancy and she had to have more stays in hospital.
Still, the end result was worth it
