There's a piece on my pinball table which takes quite a lot of hammer from the pinball.. Anyways it's now broken.. Anyone know what the best ie strongest glues for plastic are? I've used araldite and it's just broken again.. Failing that anyone know where I could perhaps gat a small run of parts made at a reasonable cost?

cheers

aRALDITE AND eVOSTICK BOTH MAKE GLUES SPECIFICALLY FOR HARD AND SOFT PLASTICS....OOOPS sorry ! if you go into a local hardware store they are sure to be able to help you. There is a powdered glue called Cascamite but I have a feeling its for wood.

Question

seriously though, have you tried drilling the part and inserting some form of pins? then supergluing it together. bit like when you break your leg

I used a plastic splint first time around but the glue made it brittle.. second time used a small steel plate.. glue says it sticks metal... but has just broken away from the plastic
