a work colleague from Sweden thinks he may have been snapped - obviously whilst driving his own car with Swedish plates. Does anybody know what happens in this case?

Chap, you wouldn't want to take any saab for a blast unless the suspension and steering has been sorted - they are well scary...

The same rule for the cars applies to the Viggen plane. IIRC it has the worst crash record of any modern fighter jet.
