We're used to not being able to drive anywhere without seeing a speed camera here, but....

On Red Caps last night (documentary about the Royal Military Police), they showed the soldiers in Kosovo setting up a mobile speed trap. The fact that there are minefields in residential
areas that are still to be cleared is obviously less important that catching the odd car going too fast.

its easyer to catch speeders than clear mines though and it looks good on end of year reports

alternatively, try assigning a bunch of redcaps to mine clearing duties and see where that get's you.
