How much does it cost to replace a lost paper style driving licence with the new fangled photo card version?
Also, how do you prove you ever had the original to the DVLA?

AFAIK it is about 6 or 7 quid to replace and I think the DVLA would know if you had a licence or not as they would have issued it in the first place.
