As some might be able to tell, I've been in a very thought provoking mood recently, probably due to, what drunks call "a moment of clarity".
So, here's another one for you.
You're totally happy, deeply in love with someone, best you have ever felt. However, you find out that in order to save the entire population of the world, you must allow this one tresaured person to die.
What would you do? Let them die? Let the rest of the world die?
Yes, I know I nicked this from Star Trek: The Original Series, think it was 'city on the edge of tomorrow' not sure though, good episode though

Interview people for her replacement. Making sure they understand the gravity of the situation, and that they have to do *very* well at the interview in order to save the world. The interview would, of course, be 90% practical.

Steve - good point! a good oral exam has to be passed eh? 
Pete - good point about Reloaded, did not think about that, however, they were always in the matrix so it don't count
