Beavis and Butthead ?

What happened to these two, after the Do America film it all went quiet, they inflenced me greatly and I rmember them fondly,
In 94 aged 24 I was on honeymoon in Jackson hole, Wyoming and every night I had to get back for Beavis and Butthead, I have never lived this down.
What do you think about Beavis and Butthead, I like South Park but it comes a pale second, do you think Jackass would have happened without them ?

lol
i stayed up all nite once (a bit younger) to watch the beavis and butthead 'moronothon' on MTV.... 9 hrs....taped the lot (still have it actually- on 2 long play videos)
Used to love them- hence earning me the nickname beavis at school.
