Maenporth. I think you can check availability online.
Stayed here self-catering last year. Really enjoyed ourselves as it isn't far from anywhere in Cornwall. Place has a pool, tennis courts, pub etc. Beach is great as well.

I have used http://www.country-holidays.co.uk/ before. They have some nice places on their list but they can be a little pricey.
