There I was, checking out what's hot and what's not in the world of Scoobynet, and up pops a bug on my TFT:
I go to flick him of but when I try my finger just bounced of the screen and the lil critter kept on crawling around! I thought it might have been some new fangled virus so I gave the screen a whack and immediately he dropped about two inches , so I think he's inside my screen!
I waited til he got near the edge and tried to squash him (didn't want bug guts in the middle of my screen) but my screen just went a funny colour and he carried on cruising round internet explorer regardless ! He is currently working his way along my taskbar, it looks like he's heading for the clock. If he's still there tomorrow it's time to get the screwdriver out!

lol! made my day! lol
It's for this kind of reason the term computer bug exists. Seem to recall the first occurance was due to a roach causing a power supply to blow, and the engineers report stated the cause of the problem as being "a bug" and it's kinda stuck.
Much prefer the term Gremlin, as it conjurs up ideas of Spike running around inside your code causing havoc

He's gone now.
I know this because I made my desktop white and hid the taskbar so he would have shown up if he was there. I kind of miss him now - maybe he's just chilling out and will reappear if I get some bug **** up on the screen?
