Cool but affordable hotel in Barcelona?

Have used this place about 3 times it is very clean and modern with very nice airy rooms not too far from the centre (10 minute walk to ramblas).
No restaurant as such but you would be a fool to eat in when in Barcelona.

Oh and for eating out you must go to the "quatre gats" (four cats)
one of the best restaurants in Barcelona and good value for money

stayed here a couple of years ago - Gran Hotel Barcino
Easy walking distance of Las Ramblas and the restaurants down on the quays.
