Well. You can go to the high street and download the whole CD for just a piece of plastic! It only takes 30 seconds or so (slightly longer on a Saturday). That's better than broadband speed!
Alternatively you could try Direct Connect. It's also p-2-p but is less plagued by fakes and dodgy connections.

Download from the Newgsgroup servers
You subscribe for £9 a month and downloads are unlimited.
You also don't rely on someone else being online and what their connection speed is as everything is on the Newsgroup servers.
You will need software like GrabIt to connect to the servers and download
If you go to www.nfonews.com you can search what you want and it will tell you which newsgroup it is stored on
So I'm told anyway, I have never tried it myself, I obviously haven't downloaded 900 albums, 100 X-Box games, movies etc as this just wouldn't be right would it
