To cut a long story short, my house was built just over 4 years ago, and earlier this year, we ordered a conservatory.

The company doing the con. have said they can't get hold of the bricks to match the house.

So if anyone can help, I'm looking for a company called:

Elliot Bricks Ltd, and I want to know if I can still get a brick called "Old Textured Croft"

If you have a good builder's merchants nearby, you can have a look at a decent brick display. Ours, Jackson's building centres, has about a hundred different bricks, so you could pick one very close.
I did much the same: the one I wanted was no longer available, so I chose one very close, and used blue engineering bricks at the join to avoid a direct comparison.
