Flying out to Sorrento tomorrow for 2 weeks. Those that have been, what are best things to see, do, eat & drink.

Go to Naples,Pompei,pasteum,herculaneum (sp?), capri, the amalfi drive........

Cant think of any more right now but if you're into your history like me then you'll have a fantastic time

Thanks Nat,

Will certainly be checking the historical sites including of course Versuvius.

Any tips on good eating places etc.?

Along the coastline are some lovely little towns all in the hillside. Positano/Amalfi and Miori are the 3 towns which I can remember visiting many years ago. Its a lovely part of Italy and in Positano there are some fantastic boutiques!!!.
