On our way to Italy we saw ONLY one blue turbo near Passo de Madona (none in France nor Germany). He was waving like mad when we flashed him
oh there was one old man in white sport wagon, but when i flashed him he nearly went off the cliff

that is really true. Most of italians like skiing and reaching the places to ski in a "special stage"...
