Hi all,

I have half a smoked bbq chicken left in the fridge and I'm wondering what to do with it. Normally leftover roasts get curried or stir-fried with some oriental sauce, but this one has quite a strong hickory smoke flavour that I don't want to overwhelm.

Any suggestions of ways to use it up? Mrs C doesn't like cold meats, so simply scoffing it as-is isn't really an option.

Prob too late now but it would be yummy incorporated in a chicken lasagne. those flavours would really mingle.
