Well, its independance day and today I just got my independance and became a property owners. Of course, my a$$ now officially belongs to the bank so I'm probably more dependant than ever!! I've been renting my flat for just over 6 months but today I bought it. That is officially the big nail in the 'scooby ownership' coffin But its good because I'm a property owner and hence responsible and mature and stuff...........apparently

So there you have it.....I'm a saxoman now

Just felt like sharing that Its also sunny outside....how good is that

erm - I've owned property for the last 12 years. That is over 4000 days. I can't remember being mature and responsible during any single one of these

Actually its quite intersting. Even just a wee walk round Ikea and its amazing how many cool mods you can get for say 200 wonga! A similar amount of money would only get you a half-decent backbox.......2nd hand!!! We get ripped off with scooby mods when you consider how cheap it must be to actually make the stuff! Take de-cat center pipes for example........must be about 3 bucks to make and 70-100 to buy
