Car Rental for 19 Year Old

Will anyone rent cars to a 19 year old (who has managed to drive his Impreza for nearly 2 years without crashing!)?
Have to do about 700 miles in a few weeks time, need to have at least 2 of us insured to drive (we're all 19, clean licences), just need a Fiesta or whatever. easyCar and most of the local companies seem to want 21+, Hertz want 25+. Anyone know of a company that will take youngsters?! Even if an extra premium has to be paid..?

Failing that ring around the small hire car companies in the Yellow Pages.
I didn't know that Hertz required you to be over 25. I have hired cars from Hertz (throught my work) and I am only 21. Granted the cars have been nothing special (Almera, Focus, Mondy Estate and the like) but never once have they mentioned age.
