Tracker networks, once again - tw4ts
#1
I had "financial dispute" with them a while ago but that is history, however only a few months ago I spoke to them regarding renewal.
I said to them I didnt want it "automatically" taken from my card due to the fact that the card was a bank card and not a credit card(ie not a bottomless pit) and also for the fact that my new insurers dont require a tracker.
So they said fine no problem we will send you a bill and then you can call up and pay or send a cheque - or do nothing whichever you like - great.
So what do I find today, yes a bill saying we have automatically debited your account, and they have and yes there is nothing in that account as such(I never use it) so its put me in the red.
THANKS A FRICKING lot, are they def, dumb or just dont care? probably the last 2.
rant mode over, use RAC Trackstar or someone else..........

just tracker direct themselves
like I say, Ill be using an "alternative" tracking device once my porker turns up. As it is, Im keeping the scoob for probably another 6 months so its "ok" that its still got the tracker, I do think they are worth having for security - but as a company they are as good as a chocolate tea pot.
