Thinking of obtaining business premises but not sure what sort of percentage reduction I should ask for when negotiating the new Lease. I can't believe that people pay what is asked for some of the premises that have gone recently, so what is a reasonable amount to expect taken off? The type of premises are retail/light industrial use. Or anyone know of any sites that I can go to and see how much I should be looking to pay?

Depends where they are - if you are in the middle of some northern industrial hellhole then you will probably be able to get grants and whatnot to secure your premises. If it's in the south east I would think you will have to pay asking price or thereabouts.
