Page 45 of the Daily Mail today. Says it all really.
Don't have a scanner, or I'd scan the picture in.
But in summary, you know that some councils or police are very fond of putting "1158" speeders caught signs up as you enter villages? Well the one near where I live, they've added one of their own underneath:
Burglars Caught : 0
Its a visual thing, so you really need to see it.
