Cheap hotel in Brighton?

If you are looking to stay 23-27 of June then you might struggle as there is a big electronics thing on in the Brighton centre. All the hotel seem to get booked up weeks in advance.

"Colson House" Upper rock gardens.
Its a small B7B. very good value and clean.
Run by a pair of queens (Like 99.9% of brighton!!). Its a great place... Its not a "gay place"
