Lets get it straight, there are not enough quality coppas to sort it out - the very fabric of society is collapsing ..... the only thing that amazes me is the time its taking for the ordinary person to kick back.

However, when one does - Tony Martin - he gets thrown into nick and has early release turned down!!

The youths of today have no respect or fear of authority - in my day a neighbour could clout me around the ear, if I told my dad I would get ANOTHER one!!!

I place the blame at the breakdown in families - look at the number of divorces - the kids with no role model, barr a drunken, tattoo bearing, earring wearing, unemployed gambling ********!! or a mother whos sniffing crack and drinking vodka by the gallon!!

PG, I know exactly where you're coming from. I'm a FF in Edinburgh and in certain areas of town now we just don't go into the estate unless we have a Police Escort.

All the new fire appliances now come with every peice of Glass laminated, Central locking for the doors and lockers. In certain areas the kids set fires in inaccessable areas knowing the crews have to leave sight of the appliance, leaving the driver on his/her own. Distrstract the driver and make off with £1000's of equipment.

Lothian & Borders Fire Brigade now have a procedural document in place for various areas in and around Edinburgh for just the sort assaults (Verbal and Physical) that these little barstewards dish out.

There are so many cases which I could list here that I'm sure the majority of people wouldn't believe happen, but I can assure them all, it happens, daily.

There are some ***** out there, I saw a similar programme a while back showing such thing - wtf is the world coming too?

I thought I lived in a decent area until a few days back, when a resident, midday decided to take a slash in my front garden of my flats - when confronted I got told to fck off etc etc - and these are flats that cost 160K - some people just need shooting.

My mum left the ambulance service after her and her working partner were attacked on a 999 call.

Her partner was hospitalised and she escaped some serious injury and was only just able to drive away from the scene to safety.

yepp makes you fume, when you hear these type of stories.. WHAT IS THIS COUNTRY COMMING TOO..??? My best mate has decided to move to Cyprus, he's had enough of it... I must omit I am beginning to feel the same, and also concerned for the sake of my 7 year old, what it will be like for him in the future of this country..

This sort of **** has gone on for years.

I remember when I was a kid of about 7 or 8 (22yrs ago) and seeing firemen pelted with stones after some little cvnt had set a stolen car on fire.

Bad areas contain a small minority of scum families whose kids cause a large % of the trouble that goes on.

The scum element will always be there - it's nature!

My neighbours fall into this category. I can hear the mad b1tch shouting at her kids and calling them "fat cvnt, ugly b@stard, fukcing b@stard, etc.". One's 10, 8, 7 and about a year old.

I have been in positions where we were turned out to fires in the open in a rather notorious area in Dundee. Only to be pelted with bricks and stones[img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img]
These fires are set intentionally by the young degenerates and are booby trapped with gas cylinders, aerosols ect.
Another trick is setting a fire in a derelict building on a higher floor and making holes in the floor for us to fall through
One I have heard of but never come across is the placing of used hypodermic needles on and under banisters [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img]

The worrying thing is ....they know no better !!

One of our crew was once spat at .....by a 7 year old girl !
She did not want it to go any further but did want the police to take the young lass to her parents to let them know what their daughter had done. They went up and told the mother whos reply was "I dinny gee a shyte what the wee cow does when she is oot wee her freends. Noo **** aff and geez peace !"

Its quite true that this thing has gone on for years BUT, has anyone else noticed that the decent families have 1 or 2 kids ..... the scumbags have 5 - 6 - 7 kids and think they have the RIGHT to have as many as possible with US paying for every one of the little ******* .......... we are being outnumbered!!

The peasants had many children in the past as they died young OR were sent into battle as cannon fodder ............. we need a good old WW1 to weed out the scum!!

I saw the end of it - the "Jedi Knights" who videotaped themselves doing sh1tloads of damage.

The way they worded it was that "they were fined between £260 and £5..." I thought £260 would be the lowest fine.

I'd rather they said "and the Police gave them a good kicking" as opposed to a puny fine or community service. The Police just do not have enough power....

Yes indeed no-one else is better. If taxes went up 50% and proper punishment was dealt out then i wouldn't moan.

We need no nonsense approach. Step out of line and you'll know about it. Until this happens it will get worse.

As I have said before the Welfare State is creating broken families with no respect for anyone or anything. Ok its a generalisation but where are the majority of incidents- On Bad housing estates with Delinquent youths.
