cheers for all the suggestions folks - might try a little of the bleach, or if not the Devil stain remover. babywipes dont touch it!

btw - the culprit

and his handy work - part of the sofa (most the marks dont show up on the pic!)

Red face

as the title says, my 18month old (Oliver) took a biro to our newish cream leather armchair a couple of days ago, and in less than 10 seconds had covered it!

he seemed quite proud of himself!

tried the cleaner that came with it but its worse than useless

Any ideas on how to remove it?

Milk can help, believe it or not. Unfortunately it usually requires soaking, so will need a paper towel soaked in milk to rest on the area....

Stain Devils might have something that you can use...

kids will be kids, they do learn to respect property sooner or later, we bought the suite before the second child was born, and most things just wipe off anyway,

you could also say why bother putting wallpaper on the walls with pre school kids? or are we all IDIOTS for trying to make our homes nice!
