Here's the situation:

Farmer currently has 200 acres including a 5 acre paddock through which water drains off his upper fields, through a proper storm drain.

Paddock is for sale - but the buyer will now obviously have the drainage from someone else's property running through his own land.

Anyone know what the potential legal issues might be here (if any) ????
