The nursery where my little one is attending is having their OFSTED inspection at the moment.. Today OFSTED have insisted that we have to sign a form which allows the nursery to phone for emergency assistance should our daughter require it...
As if we'd complain that they'd phoned an ambulance for her! Go figure..
