I have just found a gift given to me some years ago, it is a line drawing of John Lennon by the commisioned Beatle's artist (no. 1 of 100), think - self portrait used on John Lennon Aiport's logo. I didn't realise it's worth when I was 15, so have just pulled it out of a box packed 6 years ago

What I would like to know is the name of the artist (I can't read the signature), and the current value.

Anyone know where to start?

The only other marks is on the back written in gold "Display Print, Aug 1998", so it must have been 5 years ago

I'm tepted to open the frame and see if there's anything written on the back.
