So far in the living room I've got the essentials i.e a big TV, surround sound speakers, dvd player, PS2, etc

Also got a black leather sofa, groovy cocktail table...

I know a fridge dedicated to beer is a must , but struggling with other items...FHM did a feature ages ago but I can't remember what else I need
...any ideas

Regards,

Matt

well, you're on the right track. i'm planning in my head what my pad will contain. a glass front fridge with beer is

but, you need to buy some arcade machines, perhaps pinball if that's your thing. you can buy them online, starting at a few hundred, upto a few grand for airhockey etc. someone post the url

raised floor for bed, which has lighting underneath. One that changes when to sound is a good one

Also, don't forget the mirror above the bed!

Well, I'm doing a similar thing...

Nice location and nice appt (on shore of lake ontario, 10 mins from downtown toronto)

Got the kick *** home cinema setup, and nice leather sofabed (for 'guests' )

Got nice cool glass coffee table.

Huge fridge for beer and sod 'real' food.

Nice big comfy kingsize bed.

Some nice chairs and table on the balcony for outside entertaining.

hmm, think I just need a swedish maid to keep it all in order

A green felt poker table
The TV must be a flatscreen Plasma on the wall with the internet hooked up to it from a well hidden computer that has an infrared mouse and keyboard and they you are away

You're all forgetting.
You'll be needing a triple garage, one for the pride & joy, one for a kick *** pick-up truck, leaving space for the jet-ski, quad, dirtbike, windsurfer and mountain bikes.

Exclamation

All these gadgets in the place will attract blokes, not women.
Therefore you should paint the walls in nice pastel colours, put lots of flowers in the room and leave copies of 'OK' and cosmo in the loo.

Still need to add to my list. So far have

Widescreen TV/DVD/PS2 Surround, Black Leather Suite, Hi Fi system with floor standing speakers. Nice Glass dining table with high back chairs, new designer kingsize bed.

need, everything automated bigger balcony(not sure how i am gonna manage this), polished wooden floor throughout. 5 nosel power shower with jets coming out of the walls. Circle bath which doubles as a jacuzzi. Stainless steele smeg fridge. Touch screen monitor inbedded in everywall that will control Tv/Hi Fi sounds in each room. Speakers in each room embedded in the wall, subwoofer submerged in ground under sette for the ultimate 5.1 rumbling effect, which can double as a massaging chair.

Some sort of cupboard/shelving to store a bottle of nearly every drink you can buy in an off license.

Some cool Girls that just want some fun and nothing serious.

After some years, sell the lot and buy a boat.

You want a full Crestron system then. Touchscreens that can control everything. We are putting a system in for a guy at the moment where he can shut the windows, lock them and then close the curtains. All from a touchscreen at the side of his bed. He also has three home cinema systems whilst the rest of the house is stereo. All the rooms have touchscreens in wth a "walkabout" one for the swimming pool and garden.
