Is it new gayspeak?
Is it someone who is lardy?
Is it meant to mean a phart?
It's not in the dictionary is it? or is it a made up kiddy word?

Phat adjective:
cool, fab, fantastic.
Often used to describe 'bass' beats in music, it is almost interchangable (at least in the musical sense) with fat.
'That tune has phat beats'
'That dress is phat'

Phatt = max power term for beefed up ****e no power cars - ak like the blonde bird from 'wrong car, right car' who wanted an escort cossie or there abouts, but turned down the scoob. Although she was a little bit porky, she was by no means PHATT !!! still a ruff one though.
Phatt - rymes with Pratt, therefore you are.

Try going to your local drinking establishment and say to a very attractive young lady:
"You look PHATT in that dress"
She's bound to be impressed by your up-to-date street speak

To properly use the word Phatt, you must first obtain the following.
Stupid hankey to tie round your head,
stupider hat to place on your head at a daft angle.
cheap gold necklaces (lots of)
Moschino, burberry, DKNY (lots of again)
Intrest in garage "music" (in the loosest sense you understand)
A lobotomy.
Homosexual tendencies.
astraboy.
P.S. I'm serious.
