I Know it won't be a fantastic camera, but how good are they, only gonna use it for taking snap shots and daft shots in the pub and stuff. If i want to take a phot.. i'll use a proper camera
They are only £40, so think i might get one

NO DON'T !!
I've got a 7210 and wanted one for the same reason you did - casual photos here and there...
The best thing you can do is go into a shop and have a demo. IMHO the picture quality was crap. Even in a well lit shop. You'd probably just get a dark picture in a pub...

i concur, the 7210 camera is a pile of sh1te, i thought 'hey' get the camera when i got the phone, and unless you are outside and it is sunny or a really well lit room, the pictures come out crap.
The only good ones are the 7250 or 7650, they take pretty good pics, even in nightclubs.

actually its not bad.
On low res setting its a bit grainy but still not too bad, but on high res (there is a switch) its actually pretty good.
Only problem is- its poor in lower light level conditions.
The 7250 is better in lower level light conditions for some reason.
I would post up some examples- but my email accoutnisnt working so cant access them.
