Can you not use the old bridge and pay a lower toll? I thought you could.

You have to pay going from England into Wales on boths bridges, coming back is free and they are both the same price

or go the long way and have some fun on the back roads
avoiding the bridges and tolls
Doesnt take much longer going the back route for me (from cheltenham)
