Last week i think i strained something a little in my neck/top of my back. Since then it has been quite sore even to the point that i have had a continuous headache for about 3 days and today i feel quite nauseous.
I was going to book a massage at a local beauticians, but would i be better off at a physio ?

If your neck problem is causing a headache and other symptoms you are going to need a good physio (at the least). They will probably need to be trained in manipulation/moblisation to achieve a long standing fix for the problem. Be prepared also for the cost of an X-ray - my boss will not manipulate a neck without having it X-rayed first to ensure it is safe to treat it.
When you are looking at ads for physios in the Yellow Pages or where ever look for members of the OCPPP (Organisation of Chartered Physiotherapists in Private Practice).
