Rinse/soak it in warm water. Don't use any detergent, it knackers them...

Steve,
Your going to need more than a chammy going by the dirt that covered your car this morning mate.

Whos clever idea was to pressure wash it?? Give your head a shake.

Mine looks like a lump of holed cheese.

Steve,

Know what you mean, give the paint a good leathering to get rid of the drops and.......

then use it to clean under the sills, around the exhaust then open the doors and clean around the bits that you step over...while inside (having cleaned the bits you step over start to idly wipe off the dust on the fasci...by then its completely black but this does not stop you removing the black bits between the rubber on the pedals.

The leather that you started off with is now completely knackered...

Buy a new one Steve...

Midlife..

Don't use a chammy any more. I use an California / Autogylm Water Blade and some old towels. Much better finish and cheaper too

Hmm - interesting! I wash mine once or twice a year using a normal bar of soap (Dove is good) with a sink full of warm water. Just rub it in to the surface and massage and ring out. Then leave soaking in warm water and wring out again.

Will be clean and lovely and soft next time you use it!
