As you can see I'm a Scooby newbie and have had my username & password emailed to me and can supmit replies etc the forums but when i try to enter chatrooms i have access denied due to incorrect password or username.
Do I need a seperate username / password for chatrooms or do i have to subscibe???

The Webmaster (Simon) has mentioned in the past that there is a possible problem with new accounts not being able to get into chat, my guess is that it's this that is causing you a problem.
