Looking for some help..........thinking of renting our flat as a holiday home this summer (At Edinburgh festival). Flat is already rented out, but tenant has just moved out and no longer needs it.

So - flat is already sorted with insurance/mortgage etc as a rentable flat...what do we do to change it to a holiday home rental????

With normal landlord stuff, you have the legal protection of a 6 month short assured tenancy...what do you do with holiday letting?
