I once had a bowl of Jap noodles in Oriental City (Colindale London), it costs just a few quid. I handed over a fiver & they gave me 15 back!!

I had a job in a clothing store that was closing out its ski shop. They marked everything 75% off. As an employee, I got a 20% discount on my purchases. The cashier added the 20 to the 75 and I was buying with a 95% discount.

Fine.

Then, the security chief made his purchase. As an administrator, he got a 30% discount.

The cashier rang up his purchase at 75% + 30%, and owed him money for making the purchase!

Matt Oz and myself were in a pub in Germany last weekend.. paid for a coupla beers with a 20 Euro note.. got the coinage expected but instead of a 10 Euro note in the change we got a 50!! kerrrching.. 2 beers for free and up by about 30quid

Went to a wedding @ one of the [enormous] bases in the NCO's Mess Hall, asked how much, told 2.75, thought FFS, handed over a fiver & got a load of foreign money in exchange

Now, like, what am I going to do with it!!
