I am running XP at home.... I have just bought a Sony Ericsson P800 mobile and I am trying to load the PC suite on to the machine.

When I go to setup off of the CD it starts to install using InstallShield Wizard.

But everytime I have tried I get the following message show up before anything happens...

"Another program has been installed/uninstalled since the last reboot.

Reboot your computer to complete the previous installation/uninstallation before running this setup."

Now I have tried to do this a numerous amount of times but cant get it to run. Does anyone know how I can sort this out.
