Chris - You should be attending a drivers briefing. Listen very carefully to them. Take it EASY to begin with then build your speed gradually.
Be careful on the brakes at Avon Rise towards Quarry (Depends on vehicle), and enjoy the chicanes!
Oh yeah, mind your back. Unlike other circuits if something is gaining fast indicate to the LEFT and let them past - As per the road.
Castle Coombe are getting very good at letting far too many cars out at once, so don't be afraid to find yourself some space at the back if it's your first time.
Squizz.
Edited to add - I've got TOCA2, but it doesn't have Castle Coombe. Don't know of anything that does.

I have a copy of the Motorsport News UK Circuit Guide
Great book and I will bring it on the day
I believe you can also buy a DVD for each circuit
try www.circuitguides.com

I used to play Grand Prix 3 and the likes quite a lot. And I know for sure that people used to create tracks like that for the game.
Could be worth checking out something like that?

I doubt you'll find better than that. It mentions it in there, so there has to be a track for it.

Sports Car GT (available remaindered for £4.99) has a thriving community and they have produced a nice version of Combe.
