I was trying to post a reply to the first thread when it was deleted: I will try to summarise
Mayo on:
BLT
Chicken Club
Mustard on:
Roast Beef
Ham
Sausage
No Mayo on:
Cheese
Brown Sauce on:
Bacon and fried tomato.
I hope nobody finds anything amusing in this thread that could cause it to be deleted
Charlie.

I like cheese and mayo. Often can't decide on TK or mayo with chips, all depends on the mood.
So what happenned with the first mayo thread? I had some work to do earlier, must have missed it

Salad cream is better!
Tomato Ketchup is ok...but as a first preference it's always going to be Salad Cream.
Mayonnaise tastes funny to me....

the only time mayo is acceptable is when used in a tuna/sweetcorn mix with black pepper (cracked stuff)

Yes mayo is good with tuna and BLT, or in thousand island dressing on prawns etc. Most other things I prefer Branston Sandwich Pickle of Salad Cream.

Peanut butter & salad cream is ok.
On its own, it acts as a moisture leach!

Is it possible to buy sarnies without mayo now? Doesn't seem like it when I try. Hate the stuff and it's now ubiquitous.
