Badger Stuffer 11 April 2003 01:51 PM

I wouldn't bother CC...I'm starting to get the feeling that it's not worth it anymore.

:(

CarpetCleaner 11 April 2003 01:54 PM

ProperCharlie 11 April 2003 01:55 PM

I was trying to post a reply to the first thread when it was deleted: I will try to summarise

Mayo on:
BLT
Chicken Club

Mustard on:
Roast Beef
Ham
Sausage

No Mayo on:
Cheese

Brown Sauce on:
Bacon and fried tomato.

I hope nobody finds anything amusing in this thread that could cause it to be deleted

Charlie.

I think they load mayo on to fill out the sanwich and skimp on the'meat' of the sanwich

it's a con I reckon

Dream Weaver 11 April 2003 01:57 PM

Mayo and Branston...http://smilies.crowd9.com/cwm/3dlil/puke.gif

Jay m A 11 April 2003 03:08 PM

I like cheese and mayo. Often can't decide on TK or mayo with chips, all depends on the mood.

So what happenned with the first mayo thread? I had some work to do earlier, must have missed it :)

CarpetCleaner 11 April 2003 03:13 PM

I think someone may have made a dodgy post....like most of my threads they get hijacked

Mice_Elf 11 April 2003 03:19 PM

Salad cream is better! :D

Tomato Ketchup is ok...but as a first preference it's always going to be Salad Cream. :D

Mayonnaise tastes funny to me....

super_si 11 April 2003 03:21 PM

f' off tel :p i like it with my pasta n tuna :D

CarpetCleaner 11 April 2003 03:23 PM

the only time mayo is acceptable is when used in a tuna/sweetcorn mix with black pepper (cracked stuff)

P1Fanatic 11 April 2003 03:29 PM

Yes mayo is good with tuna and BLT, or in thousand island dressing on prawns etc. Most other things I prefer Branston Sandwich Pickle of Salad Cream.

Jay m A 11 April 2003 03:38 PM

Oh, Salad cream with tuna, deffo :) in a sandwich with real butter and pepper.

Mice_Elf 11 April 2003 03:44 PM

Tuna & pepper!? Bleurgh!!! :D :D

Mashed spud & Salad cream sarnie....mmmmmm :D

CarpetCleaner 11 April 2003 03:46 PM

the most vile thing ever to be spread between to slices must be peanut butter

jeez the smell makes me retch

P1Fanatic 11 April 2003 05:01 PM

lol yep - and its so damn dry. Damn my mum for putting that in my packed lunch for years at school :(

Mice_Elf 11 April 2003 05:03 PM

Peanut butter & salad cream is ok. :D

On its own, it acts as a moisture leach! :D

Brendan Hughes 11 April 2003 05:13 PM

Is it possible to buy sarnies without mayo now? Doesn't seem like it when I try. Hate the stuff and it's now ubiquitous.
