Promotional rock and sweets

Anyone know a decent company that produces promotional rock, ie.. for weddings 
All the sites I have been to do them, but only in quantities of 1000 sticks plus, far too much as we want about 200 sticks max.
Anyone any ideas/contacts?

I think that the problem is that they make the original lettering in a "big rock", which is then rolled/squeezed into your normal sized lengths. I expect that a "big rock" will produce around 1000 little ones, hence the minimum quantity.
