Caught reading a newspaper while driving at 70mph

I was passed by a woman in a large rep-mobile type car on a motorway a few weeks ago. I was doing somewhere between 70 and 80 in the middle lane passing lorries on my left and she passed me in the outside lane. She was all over the road in quite an alarming manner, but the reason was apparent. In her right hand was a mobile 'phone which she was holding up to her ear, and her left hand was holding a map against the centre of the steering wheel. She wasn't actually holding the steering wheel at all and she was looking down at the map.
