Need help transferring numbers, ericsson to nokia

Ok,
used some kind of usb cable to transfer all numbers from my T68 to my pc.
I now have a .pbf file????
ok. That phone is no longer in my possession as I needed new phone next day and didnt have time to download at carphone warehouse etc.
So now i have a nokia 7210 which I like very much but need to somehow transfer the numbers from this pbf file into my virgin phone!
anyone know what I need to do/buy?
I have a laptop with an infrared port, the new phone does not have bluetooth but then nor does the laptop.
thoughts/ideas appreciated.
