My local club insists on proper golf shoes (they never have done before ) so anyone know where I can get the cheapest size 12s? I don't play regularly enough to justify expensive ones.
(the club were fine about me wearing jeans even though there were signs saying no denim but my shoes, although very soft rubbery soled. i.e. no chunky tread, just flat are not suitable)

JJB usually have a permanent sale on, my mate got a pair of 12's for occasional use for about £20.
It's worth spending a bit more though (IMHO) as you'll be walking a good few miles in them.
