a friend of mine john does it for a living call him on 0151-606-9660 - it can be done over the phone for most handsets now...

as far as i knew , voda were the only people doing this, they will do it for £20

yes phone them up , tell them you only bought the phone because a representative told you it could be unlocked,

say you want to use it for another sim as well as voda ie the 300 txts line

and they should do it,

they might try and fob you off with a long lead time but don't accept
