Anyone sold a house online??????

We placed a house on a site and just got a load of time wasting nutters (from all over the World), asking for details. It was a mini nightmare. Not sure if it was a bad choice of site, or if this is what it's like, but we'd think twice before doing it again. Had it been the house we were living in, we wouldn't even have entertained the idea in the first place, but it was an empty property we were selling. Thanks heavens for a "normal" Estate agent.
Cheers and good luck!

Yes, I had a similar experience selling an old LandRover on-line. Got every nutcase from every corner of the world asking stupid questions about it...one guy wanted me to ship it to America for him. The thing was only worth £350! If its that bad trying to sell a cheap car on-line I can only imagine the nightmare of trying to sell a house on-line!
