Because of a seperation / divorce I need to coff up some dosh to buy myself off our joint names mortgage.

I'm looking to borrow cira £30k.

I have no other property to secure this amount on.

Any ideas please ?????

I think some UNSECURED personal loans will advance a max of c.£25,000 (Direct Line?).

A lot will depend on your circumstances/credit ratint etc.

What are you trying to do?

Are you trying to make it so the house is yours or what? Do not see why you would have to pay £30k to get yourself off the mortgage?

Wife must (Or wants to) remain in house with 4 year old nipper.

Balance of mortgage must be paid as she has no or very little income.

Enabling me to just pay nippers maintenance (nothing to the wife).
